Even after winter storage.<br \/>\nComes with many many extras.<br \/>\nAll kitchen supplies, cordage (lots of new cordage). spinnaker, spinnaker pole. 2 house batteries heavy duty, 1 is almost new. can even throw in a SUP board, with all the accessories, life jackets. many many other high value items. such as brand new furling gear for the front sail, made by Haarken, valued at over 4500$.<br \/>\ncomes with chart GPS finder by Raymarine.<\/p>\n<p>comes with 2 berths and 2 settees, 1 bathroom.<\/p>\n<p>just recently had a marine survey in the spring of 2026, which I can send to you if interested, all passed very well in the survey, no issues at all.<\/p>\n<p>Even can POSSIBLY come with a docking slip for next year. if you fill OUT A FORM and get accepted by TYC.<br \/>\nPresently she is birthed at Trident yacht club in Kingston Ontario<br \/>\nIn the center of the 1000 islands.<br \/>\nThe boat comes with an inflatable HIGHFIELD and a 10hp Johnston<br \/>\nShe comes with a brand new steel 6 point steel cradle located at Iroquois marine Ontario.
