"The Office" is a true standout Prestige 500 not only for her excellent condition, low hours but also for her options and upgrades. The current owners had a SeaKeeper 6 Stabilizer installed in 2022 by an authorized SeaKeeper dealer and it took a great cruising boat and made it even better!
With an innovative three stateroom layout, featuring a separate private companionway to a full beam master, and two full heads owners and guests alike are treated to comfort and privacy. Her galley up and aft flows easily to the cockpit for alfresco dining and the salon is filled with light and 360 degree views from windows all around.
A lower station makes piloting on hot days an air conditioned pleasure or in foul weather the ultimate protected spot for the captain. Outside a large flybridge offers a sunpad (in addition to the one on the bow!), a full upper helm station, a grill and wetbar, refrigerated drink box, ample seating and a custom corian table to match the one found on the covered aft deck.
