This 2023 Princess F45 is an original-owner, 100% freshwater Lake Michigan boat with just 282 hours on the engines. She has been maintained to the highest standards by her current owners and is in exceptional condition.

The F45 packs an impressive amount of space into a 45-foot flybridge yacht. The main deck features an open salon and aft galley with large windows throughout, while the power-sliding cockpit seating allows the cockpit area to be expanded when entertaining. Below are two private staterooms and two heads, including a full-beam master and a forward guest cabin with convertible scissor berths.

Up top, the flybridge offers a second helm, large seating areas, sunpad and a wet bar with sink, electric grill and coolbox. This boat also features Princess' Allure Collection II exterior package.

She is powered by twin Volvo Penta IPS 480-hp diesels with joystick control and is equipped with a Seakeeper 6 gyro stabilizer, bow thruster and hydraulic swim platform.

Freshwater since new, low hours, original ownership and a strong factory options list make this a very clean example of the Princess F45.
