We offer this support service for the sale of your boat under ProprioBateau and also for the purchase of new boats.
When purchasing a new boat, we will give you the pros and cons regarding:
– the manufacturer’s reputation in the market
– how the after-sales warranty works (provided by the manufacturer or dealer)
– the fair sale price based on offers on the market (Canada and United States)
– helping you choose the right options
– the resale value of this new boat in a few years or a few months.
In short, this is very important information that will greatly influence your choices and, of course, provide you with all the arguments you need to negotiate the best price.
In addition, our advice when purchasing a new boat will give you the ideal approach to avoid premature signatures that commit you to a purchase process that is sometimes unwanted during a first visit or test drive.
Of course, other brokerage and boat listing services are still available.

– Under $250,000 CAD: $795.00 CAD + tax
– Under $500,000 CAD: $995.00 CAD + tax
In purchase mode:
First and foremost, brokerage services are used in over 95% of transactions. They are free for you since we share the selling broker’s commission (similar to real estate).
PLEASE NOTE: In most cases, commission sharing is in effect in our industry. If you choose a dealership or other agency to sell your boat, make sure your listing is open to commission sharing.
For transactions outside Canada:
Of course, we are very familiar with transactions outside Canada (the United States and Europe). These transactions currently represent more than 50% of our mandates.

Guidelines for executing a mandate.
The brokers at Ita Yachts Canada and its ProprioBateau division reserve the right to accept or refuse any mandate when ethical criteria appear to be unmet and/or potential conflicts arise in the execution of the brokerage or advisory service mandate.
The three expert brokers, Eric Gaudette, Guy Bolduc, and Michelle Mant, are at your disposal. They have extensive experience, and all projects are handled collaboratively. They are also members of YachtWorld, which provides a unique volume of information on the market.
Billing for advisory services begins upon receipt of an invoice sent via PayPal with the note “paid.”
